The Pinecrest subdivision is comprised of 195 homes and is located in the northern region of the community. Built by Mission Viejo Company, these homes offer 1,375 to 1,939 square feet of living space. There are three to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages.
Pinecrest is served by the Saddleback Valley Unified School District. Students attend highly ranked Montevideo Elementary, La Paz Intermediate School, and Trabuco Hills High School.
